What Is Ready to Be Transmuted?
Have you ever noticed that just when you think you have healed a pattern, relationship, fear, or belief, it suddenly reappears?
Many people assume this means they have somehow failed.
But what if the opposite is true?
What if these moments are signs that you are ready to heal at an even deeper level?
This is one of the gifts of Pluto Retrograde.
Pluto is often referred to as the planet of transformation, inviting us to journey beneath the surface and bring into the Light that which has remained hidden in the shadows. During Pluto Retrograde, old patterns, beliefs, emotions, and experiences may rise to the surface—not to punish us, but to be acknowledged, healed, released, and transmuted. At times, this process can feel uncomfortable.
You may find yourself revisiting old wounds, long-forgotten memories may return, and relationships may shift. You may even feel called to release aspects and ways of being that no longer reflect who you’re becoming.

Transformation is rarely linear. The spiral path of spiritual growth often invites us to revisit old lessons—not because we failed to learn them, but because we are now ready to experience them from a higher level of awareness.
This is where the gift of the Violet Flame becomes especially powerful.
The Violet Flame, overseen by Ascended Master Saint Germain, is the Sacred Fire of Transmutation. It takes lower vibrational frequencies and restores them to their original state of Divine Perfection.
It does not judge. It transforms. It restores balance and harmony. It liberates, and it frees us.
As Pluto Retrograde brings hidden patterns to the surface, the Violet Flame offers us an opportunity to transmute judgment, heal imperfection, clear karmic patterns, and reclaim the Divine Freedom that has always existed within our souls.
Often, what rises during Pluto Retrograde is not emerging to burden us, but to reveal the unconscious judgments and limitations that have quietly imprisoned us.
Through the transforming power of the Violet Flame, these patterns may be transmuted and restored to their natural state of perfection.
The Violet Flame identifies the judgments that unconsciously imprison us and restores them to Divine Freedom.
If you feel called, take a few moments this week to sit quietly and invoke the Violet Flame. My favorite Violet Flame decree is below, and is one that Patricia Cota-Robles shared with her email community years ago. I love it because it is so powerful.
I usually begin by invoking the Violet Flame by saying, “Blaze, Blaze, Blaze the Violet Transmuting Flame in, through, and around me with the might and power of a thousand suns times a thousand suns times a thousand suns.”
Then I take a deep breath and envision the Violet Flame surrounding me and filling me. Then I recite the following decree, usually at least three times.
“I AM my I AM Presence, and I AM ONE with the I AM Presence of all Humanity. I now invoke the full power of the Violet Flame of God’s Infinite Perfection to transmute cause, core, effect, record, and memory every thought, feeling, word, action, or belief Humanity or I have ever expressed in any time frame or direction, both known and unknown, that reflects anything less than the infinite perfection of God’s Divine Love.”
I take my time, remembering to breathe and be fully present in the words, not just reciting them.
What is so amazing about the Violet Flame is that you can share it with everyone, so please also take the opportunity to send the Violet Flame to everyone and anyone you know, and who they know, until the entire Earth is surrounded by the Violet Flame.
Being an air sign, I tend to send the Violet Flame intuitively with my breath, but whatever way works for you is great!
When I AM done, I close with “Beloved I AM, Beloved I AM, Beloved I AM that I AM.”
As you invoke the Violet Flame, trust that what is arising is not coming to break you. It is coming to free you. The Violet Flame is safe, loving, powerful, and always working to restore you to the truth of your Divine Perfection.
