Mother Mary

A Sacred Encounter with Mother Mary

June 10, 20264 min read

Dear Friends,

There are certain experiences that stay with us long after they occur. Moments when time seems to stand still. Moments when the veil between Heaven and Earth feels thinner or even non-existent. Moments when we know, without question, that we have been touched by something greater than ourselves.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of leading and participating in sacred journeys throughout the world. Again and again, I have witnessed something remarkable happen when people open their hearts within these sacred sites and spaces.

They encounter the Divine in ways they never expected.

One of the most profound of these encounters is with Mother Mary.

For some, she appears in physical form or in a dream. For others, she is felt as an overwhelming presence of love and compassion. For still others, she arrives as a knowing, a message, a healing, or a deep sense of peace that cannot be explained.

I first experienced Mother Mary's presence in 2004 in Lourdes, France. There was a major event taking place at the Sanctuary, and thousands of pilgrims had gathered from around the world. We were only in Lourdes for a few hours, but it was enough time to walk through the Grotto, connect with Mother Mary, and drink from the holy spring.

I remember wishing we had more time to spend there. Fortunately, I have been blessed to return many times since, and each visit has deepened my connection with Mary. Every time I return, she fills my heart and soul with love, peace, compassion, healing, and bliss.

From France, we made our way to St. Ives, England, following the Mother Mary and Archangel Michael ley lines, especially the sacred sites where these ley lines intersect.

The first site we visited to one of my favorite sacred sites, the Boscawen-un Stone Circle. This site is known as the root chakra of the Mother Mary ley line. As I rested against one of the stones, I felt so loved and nurtured, as though Mary herself was wrapping me in her arms.

From the Boscawen-un Stone Circle, we journeyed to Carn Les Boel, near the southern tip of England, where the Mother Mary and Archangel Michael ley line energies enter England through two massive boulders. Both Mother Mary and Archangel Michael's energies were strongly present as they flowed through the stones, crossed, and continued their journey through Cornwall. To me, the energy was both electrifying and loving.

From St. Ives, we made our way to Glastonbury, where Mary is deeply beloved.

The first site we visited was Glastonbury Abbey. On the abbey grounds stands the Lady's Chapel, which was once Mother Mary's Wattle Church when she and Joseph of Arimathea lived in Glastonbury following Jesus' death. Within the Lady's Chapel is a stone altar where the Mother Mary and Archangel Michael ley lines cross once again.

During this retreat, I developed a severe sunburn on my nose that blistered into the shape of a cross. The waters from Jesus Well the day before had already begun healing my nose, but when I placed my hands upon the altar in the Lady's Chapel, I felt a tremendous surge of loving and peaceful energy flow from Mother Mary into my nose and then through my entire body.

In that instant, I knew my nose was completely healed.

Next, we visited the Chalice Well and Gardens, where Mother Mary's presence is so loving and tangible. Many people have experienced miraculous healings through the waters of the spring there, including several individuals on that retreat.

What makes these experiences so powerful is not simply the encounters themselves.

These sacred encounters do more than inspire us. They change us.

They remind us that we are loved.

They remind us that we are guided.

They remind us that we are valued.

They remind us that we are never alone.

Most importantly, they awaken something that has always existed within us:

A remembrance of our Divine nature.

Over the years, I have learned that Mother Mary is always there.

As we move through this month, I invite you to speak with Mary often, connect with her, and remain open to the signs, synchronicities, and ways she may be seeking to connect with you in her own unique way.

You do not need to force the experience.

You only need to be willing to receive.

That willingness is more than enough.

Love & Light,

Joelle St. Germaine

PS. Have you ever experienced the presence of Mother Mary in your life? I would love to hear your story.
