The Light Is Revealing What Is Ready to Change
Each year, the Summer Solstice marks a powerful turning point. It is the longest day of the year, when the Light reaches its greatest expression in the outer world.
Across many spiritual traditions, the Summer Solstice has long been honored as a sacred time of illumination, awakening, and transformation.
It’s a reminder that Light has the power to reveal what has been hidden.
As I reflect on the energies of this year's Summer Solstice, I cannot help but notice how beautifully it aligns with Pluto Retrograde and the work of the Violet Flame.
The Solstice brings illumination.
Pluto Retrograde brings awareness.
The Violet Flame brings transmutation.
Together, they create an extraordinary opportunity for growth.
As the Light increases, it naturally shines upon those places within us that are ready for healing and transformation. Sometimes this illumination is joyful. Sometimes it reveals gifts, talents, and possibilities we have not fully embraced, and other times, it reveals old fears, judgments, limitations, and patterns ready to be released.
Neither experience is wrong. Both are gifts. The purpose of Light is not to judge what it reveals but to bring awareness. And with awareness, we have the opportunity to make new choices.
This is where the Violet Flame becomes such a powerful ally.
Once the Light reveals what is ready to change, the Violet Flame offers us a way to lovingly transmute those energies.

This week, I invite you to spend a few moments reflecting upon the following question:
"What is the Light revealing within me that is ready to be transformed?"
Simply sit with the question. Allow whatever arises to arise. Then gently surround it with the Violet Flame.
No judgment. No resistance. Only benevolence, awareness, and a willingness to allow transformation to occur.
Remember that the Light is not showing you something because you are broken. It is showing you something because you are ready.
Ready for greater freedom. Ready for greater balance. Ready for a deeper expression of your Divine Self. Ready to shine your Light more fully into the world.
The Summer Solstice reminds us that Light is always present.
The Violet Flame reminds us that transformation is always possible.
And together, they remind us that every moment holds the potential for a new beginning.
