Delivery

Digital products will be delivered immediately into the My Library section of this site and will be available there for streaming or download.

Monthly subscription members will have access to the material included in their program only while they remain subscribed.

Any change to a subscription must be requested by emailing [email protected] at least three (3) business days prior to the next renewal date.

Any lapse in a subscription will reset the start date for all time-released content, including eligibility for member-exclusive experiences.

If purchasing a course, some or all of the content may only become available on the date specified in the course description.

Event registration confirmation emails will be sent within 24-48 hours upon registration on joellestgermaine.com.

Refunds & Cancellations

Please purchase with the understanding that all transactions at joellestgermaine.com are non-refundable due to the nature of digital data for online courses and memberships, and because deposits are made as payments for retreats and conferences.
